What we do

Three ways we keep your space clean and pest-free

Secure bait stations and UV insect light traps monitor and control activity safely, with effective long-term protection built in.

Termite control eliminates destructive infestations, while fine-mist fogging reaches where stored product insects hide and breed — protecting food storage facilities from the inside out.

Pre-construction soil treatment protects foundations before they're poured, and post-construction termite control eliminates any infestation that follows — all compliant with industry standard.

Humane, environmentally responsible bird management — from falconry-based abatement to drones, laser and frequency deterrents, and safe relocation traps for commercial and agricultural sites.

Dispensers and bins are rented, not sold — we handle servicing, repairs, and replacements as part of the plan.

Our deep clean focuses on the washroom: toilets, urinals, basins, and showers, cleaned well beyond what a daily wipe-down can reach.

Raptor Patrol

Skilled falconers work with trained raptors to create a natural predator-prey interaction, encouraging nuisance birds to move on without harm.

Laser & Frequency Deterrent

Visual laser technology combined with sound frequency disruption — an automated deterrent for house sparrows and starlings on commercial sites.

Drone used for bird dispersal over a commercial site
02

Drones

Drone-based dispersal, including distress-call playback, adds versatility where ground access to a site is limited.

Traps

Humane trapping and relocation to more suitable habitats, for situations where that is the right long-term answer.

5 Early Warning Signs of a Termite Infestation

Termite damage is almost always further along than it looks. Colonies work inside walls, subfloors, and foundations for months — sometimes years — before any sign reaches the surface. Catching it early is the difference between a spot treatment and a structural repair bill.

Here's what to check for, in order of how easy each one is to spot:

  • Mud tubes. Pencil-width tunnels of soil and saliva running up foundations, walls, or piers. Termites build these to travel between the soil and their food source while staying hidden and moist.
  • Hollow-sounding timber. Tap skirting boards, door frames, or structural timber with the back of a screwdriver. A dull, hollow sound means the wood has likely been eaten from the inside out.
  • Discarded wings. Reproductive termites ("swarmers") shed their wings after a mating flight, often near windowsills, light fixtures, or doorways. A small pile of uniform, translucent wings is a strong signal a colony is nearby.
  • Doors and windows that suddenly stick. Termites introduce moisture as they tunnel, which can warp frames and make them difficult to open or close.
  • Frass. Drywood termites push out small, ridged, sawdust-like pellets from tiny holes in timber. Find a pile of what looks like fine sawdust with no obvious source, and it's worth a closer look.

If any of these show up, avoid disturbing the area before an inspection — mud tubes and frass are useful evidence for a technician working out where the colony is and how far it's spread. Both pre-construction soil treatment and post-construction termite control exist for a reason: prevention is far cheaper than repair.

Why IPM Uses Fewer Pesticides — and Works Better

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is often described as "science-backed," which can sound like marketing. In practice, it just means treating the cause of a pest problem instead of spraying on a fixed schedule and hoping it holds.

A traditional approach treats a site the same way every visit, regardless of what's actually happening there. IPM starts with monitoring: bait stations, insect light traps, and inspection logs build a picture of what pests are present, where, and in what numbers. Treatment is then targeted — sealing entry points, removing food and water sources, and applying product only where activity is confirmed.

The result is fewer pesticides used overall, because chemical treatment becomes the last step rather than the first. It also tends to work better over time, since it deals with why pests are getting in rather than just what happens after they do.

For businesses in food service, healthcare, or education, there's a second benefit: documentation. Because IPM relies on monitoring data, it naturally produces the audit trail — treatment reports, trend logs, HACCP-aligned records — that inspectors and clients ask for. A pest control programme that can show its data is one that's easy to trust.

A Simple Hygiene Audit Checklist for Offices and Restrooms

Most hygiene problems are caught by whoever complains first, which usually means they've been building for a while. A short, regular self-audit — run monthly by whoever manages the facility — catches most issues before they reach that point.

A workable checklist covers four areas:

  • Restrooms. Soap and sanitizer levels, dispenser function, visible odor sources, bin status, and whether SHE bins are being serviced on schedule.
  • Kitchens and break rooms. Surface cleanliness, waste bin condition, and whether hand-drying supplies are stocked and working.
  • High-touch points. Door handles, light switches, shared equipment — easy to overlook, and often the first place germs spread through a building.
  • General condition. Air freshness, any signs of pest activity, and whether previous audit issues have actually been resolved.

A monthly internal check paired with a quarterly professional hygiene audit covers most of what compliance bodies and health inspectors look for — and it's far cheaper to run a five-minute checklist than to deal with a complaint after the fact.

Stored Product Insects: Protecting Your Food Storage Facility

Stored product insects (SPI) — weevils, grain beetles, and various moth species — are among the most common causes of contaminated stock in warehouses, mills, and retail food storage. Unlike most household pests, they can complete their entire lifecycle inside a sealed bag of product, which makes them easy to miss until a shipment is already compromised.

The signs are subtle: fine webbing across the surface of stored grain or flour, small holes in packaging, or a handful of small beetles near stock that wasn't there last week. By the time insects are visible outside their packaging, an infestation is usually well established.

Prevention comes down to a few consistent habits: strict first-in-first-out stock rotation, sealed storage containers rather than open bags, and regular visual inspection of incoming deliveries before they're shelved. Temperature and humidity control also matter — SPI breed faster in warm, humid storage conditions.

Where an infestation is already active, fine-mist fogging reaches into the gaps, crevices, and stacked pallets where SPI breed — areas a surface spray simply can't get to. It's a targeted treatment, not a routine one, which is exactly why it's paired with the inspection and prevention habits above rather than used on its own.
